At Lena & Ivy, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping to enhance your shopping experience. All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, depending on your region. You can find more details about shipping costs and free shipping thresholds further down this page. Processing time
We aim to process all orders within 1 business day from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. However, during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
Order cancellation
We aim to ship orders quickly. Order cancellations or adjustments are possible within 2 hours from the time your order is placed. To do so, reach out to our friendly customer support team via live chat or email at info@lena-ivy.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
International shipping
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and express shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Please note that the availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.
Import duties & taxes
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order. Customs may apply import duties, VAT, and/or clearance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by us, refusing to pay them may result in your order being returned or disposed of without a refund. Lena & Ivy does not cover or reimburse any such charges.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Change of address
After the order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping, sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, we can’t always guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet left our warehouse. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
